Attempting to write, mostly just staring at my word document through narrowed eyes and hoping that if I do it long enough all my thoughts will magically appear on the screen.
I should be working on my novel for Nanowrimo and instead I am plotting a heartbreaking Red Riding Hood fantasy novel.
I submitted but never heard back from them so I assumed I didn’t make the cut. But me and Sue were at a rally for the English department today and I happened to pick up a copy and saw my name.
It was definitely a nice surprise :)

If you are anything like me than you absolutely love collecting beautiful journals and notebooks. The journal and stationary section is one of my favourite parts of Barnes & Noble and I always have to check the office supply section of a store to see if they have any cool notebooks.
